Hi, I’m Kasey Fechtor, a Creative Director and Brand Strategist with an expertise in and passion for unlocking the emotional language behind brands and experiences. Specializing in upper-upscale and luxury hospitality, I dive down rabbit holes, exploring setting, history, and culture to uncover a property’s unique creative value and find its inevitable truth. A brand’s strategy is the launchpad for all creative manifestations. Working at the intersection of research and storytelling, I evaluate the local, cultural, and competitive landscapes to determine a brand’s ownable position in the market.
The right words make a brand relatable, memorable, inevitable. A champion of the English language (and a dabbler in others), I develop a brand’s tone-of-voice, name, messaging, and content—shaping words that capture a brand’s character and evoke human emotion.
A brand is defined by all of the ways in which people experience it. I evaluate the full customer/guest experience and develop the narrative of their journey, ideating on how to capture hearts and minds across both digital and physical spaces.
Great design is a reflection of sound strategy and impeccable taste. As a creative director, I oversee graphic and interior designers, ensuring that brand identities, collateral, and environments capture a brand’s essence across all touchpoints.
